NYC Interactive Experience: Dream Machine

If you live in NYC or you’re visiting for the summer and looking for something to do to capture tons of Instagrammable photos, be sure to stop by the Dream Machine in Brooklyn. I love art, and always loved to spend time visiting museums and pop up galleries around New York. If you love art like me, this experience is for you. I visited a few weeks ago with my friend and had so much fun.

The Dream Machine is a new interactive pop up experience that allows you to explore different artistic rooms. It sort of reminds me of playing Virtual Reality. It’s open Thursday through Sunday for the Month of May, June, and July ONLY. You MUST to purchase tickets prior to your visit and pick a time slot one of these days of the week and it’s non refundable so make sure you pick a time that works for you and dont forget your ID at home. Tickets are $38 per person, not bad for some fun and it’s in my favorite area in Brooklyn with tons of bars, restaurants, and rooftops nearby.

The entire experience last for about an hour, and it’s best to arrive early so you can find parking , if your driving, and walk in with the rest of the people in your time block. I would plan to spend at least an hour and a half for this experience if you do have plans afterwards.

My favorite rooms was the first room full of clouds. I’m constantly in the air flying around the world, and always get a window seat to view the clouds, so this one really resonated with me.

My second favorite room was the Laundry room which as I mentioned on my Instagram page @msjenniferdanielle resonated with me so well as I’m constantly washing all of my clothes. Oh and they also give you cotton candy which was soooo good! There is also a secret room in this room behind the laundry machines that’s pretty!

The room that came in 3rd for me was the room jumping into the pool themed ball pit. Who doesn’t love to swim and pose in a ball pit??

I loved all the rooms but thought I would share a few of my favorites. I dream a lot so I thought the concept of your imagination running wild was interesting. At the end you can even share your dreams on the chalk board with everyone.
